I am the marketing manager for Quikseeuk.com . I have been working on the marketing for more than 8 months and am finding it hard to bring new clients in.

I would really like some professional advise and even opinions on our product Quiksee video interactive tours.

Just had a look at your site. I thought the first page should promote the product I had to hunt around to find an example!
Who on earth chose that music for a care home? Think of who you are selling to, I am only 40 but did not want to listen that rubbish, also could not turn the sound off on the screen!

Looks a good product but with limited appeal, what have you tried so far to gain customers? Once we know that then we might be able to offer further advice. The obvious market is Estate Agents and hotels. How about golf courses, National Trust, fisheries etc.

Would like to help but have no information.

Thanks for your reply. There are 4 examples on the homepage, I have now tried to make them more clear...
Regarding the music in the care home, I don’t really think that has anything to do with marketing as that is what the client requested, plus anyone I know who is old enough to go to a care home actually prefer classical music and so I didn’t get you on that one!
At the moment we are doing email marketing, SEO, link exchange, and possibly an exhibition. Real estate and hotels are the obvious market but as you can see on our website there any many different industries to approach such as educational facilities, places of work...

What kind of information you need??

That is not classical music, that is rave music!! When it is part of your advertising it becomes part of your marketing, that music drove me away from looking further because I could not turn it off. I would suggest potential customers who felt the same would leave the screen as well, therefore not contact you. Are we watching & listening to the same thing? I was watcvhing Take The Tour.
