I have a client who wants to target his marketing to locally based 64 year olds. I am flummoxed by this one - how do I find them? Any helpful advice gratefully received.

Where is local?
Have you checked local publications?
Tried some local business networks?

Is it 64 year olds specifically or is it 60-70 year olds. What is the product/service?
